Ideal Requirements:
- Journeyman Red Seal Autobody Painter with a minimum of 2 years of autobody painting experience is preferred, however, we will also consider senior-level apprentice painters
- Detail-oriented and demonstrates superior quality in all work produced
- Ability to work within a team environment, but also be a self-starter
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, clean environment
- Bonus points for I-car platinum status or partial completion of I-car courses

Fix Auto in Kelowna is seeking an experienced Autobody Painter to join our team. We have a lot of productivity hours available which translates to higher earnings for you! Our ideal candidate is detail-orientated, customer-focused, with a positive can-do attitude.

- Restore vehicle paint to original condition as per manufacturer’s specifications.
- Select appropriate paint or mix paints using automated paint mixing equipment according to a pre-determined formula.
- Tend to or operate automated spray paint, dip or flow coating equipment or other mechanized painting or product coating application equipment.
- Operate compliant hand-held spray guns to spray paint or coat large items with protective or decorative coatings.
- Paint small items and apply touch-ups using paintbrushes.
- Mark, record and report defects.
- Operate, read, and maintain air monitoring and other sampling devices when working in confined spaces and/or hazardous environments.
- Keeps material cart organized and free of garbage and non-material items
- Coach and mentor apprentices to assist in their learning processes and to ensure work output is within quality expectations.
- Other duties as assigned
