Description/Duties

MDI CONCRETE LTD. is hiring Concrete Finishers.

Location: Greater Vancouver area, BC
Wage: $34.75 per hour
Job type: Permanent, Full-time

Main duties:

• Set formworks and prepare surfaces for concrete pouring.
• Coordinate with truck drivers or concrete pump operators during casting.
• Safely operate power vibrators to compress concrete. Level the surface of freshly poured concrete based on grade and depth specifications.
• Install different fixtures as per blueprints and specifications.
• Smooth, grind, and polish surfaces using handheld and power tools to receive desired finish.
• Apply sealing, concrete coatings, and waterproofing/hardening components.
• Restore, repair, or replace damaged sections of concrete structures.
