Electrical Technician
Job Summary
Qualifications
- Experience in wire tracing and troubleshooting
- 2 years or more experience in electrical assembly of trucks and large equipment
Skills:
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematic
- Demonstrates a general understanding of different electrical procedures
- Possesses basic electrical power and control systems knowledge
- Proficient with electrical trade specific tools
- Can effectively follow verbal and documented work instructions and knows where to find relevant information
- Demonstrates improved quality of work and increased production speed
- Demonstrates the ability to problem solve and make decisions
- Displays exceptional people skills and a can-do attitude
- Utilizes effective oral communication and numeracy, problem solving, job task planning and organizational skills
Description/Duties
TYCROP is looking for an Electrical Technician to join our team in the Fraser Valley.

Do you enjoy assembling electrical component on trucks and large equipment?

Responsibilities:
- Installation of all aspect of electrical components and assemblies
- Installation of purchased, assembled and pre-assembled electrical components on the production line
- Examines product for electrical road worthiness
- Conducts final system checks
- Contributes to the maintenance of a clean and healthy work environment
- Document actions by completing safety, quality and production forms
- Practice Safe work procedures at all times – lead by example
