Qualifications

Experience:

• Electrical Foundation Program Completion minimum requirement.
• Level 1, 2, 3, or 4 preferred. 
• Commercial/Residential Electrical Experience Preferred.

Fundamental Requirements:

• Residential, & commercial service and construction electrical experience is considered an asset.
• Knowledge of the principles of electricity, circuitry, and power distribution systems an asset.
• Mechanically inclined.
• Ability to conduct work while standing, bending, crawling, lifting, climbing, pulling, and reaching.
• Ability to conduct work on ladders and/or aerial platforms and comfortable working from heights is an asset.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Must be willing to travel for out-of-town work shifts if required - LOA & accommodation is provided.
• High attention to detail, work productively and take pride in workmanship (perform tasks correctly).

Safety Requirements:

• Fall Protection and Aerial Work Platform would be considered an asset.
• Valid class 5 Driver’s License required.
