Qualifications

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of relevant work experience in a senior management role, with an aptitude for effective financial and operational management;
• University degree is required; 
• Language: English, excellent written and verbal communications skills.

Permanent, full-time position

Job-offer details:

• Permanent, full-time position (40 hours per week)
• Compensation: $115,000 CAD annually (approx. $55.29 CAD per/hour)

Main duties and responsibilities: 

• Manage, control and evaluate company's operations, establish and implement growth strategies and business development plans;
• Determine, formulate and implement company's objectives and policies; 
• Allocate material, human and financial recourses to implement company policies/programs;
• Monitor projects for financial performance and contract compliance; 
• Establish financial and administrative controls, oversee company's budget and optimize expenses;
• Analyze financial data, evaluate performance and productivity, improve company's revenue;
• Represent the company in negotiations and other business dealings; 
• Manage and coordinate recruitment and training strategies, HR planning and forecasting;
• Select and supervise middle managers and subcontractors, co-ordinate their work.
