Job offer details:
Permanent, full-time position (40 hours per week)
Compensation: $54.65 per hour
Main duties and responsibilities of the role:
- Planning, directing and coordinating operations of the company;
- Establishing company’s short-term and long-term objectives, and developing, implementing and evaluating company polices/programs accordingly;
- Allocating material, human and financial recourses to implement company policies/programs;
- Managing and coordinating recruitment and training strategies as well as human resources planning;
- Establishing financial and administrative controls to monitor expenses;
- Reviewing financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure company’s performance and productivity, and to determine areas needing improvement;
- Representing the company in negotiations and other business dealings.
