Job Summary
Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
- Experience as a painter required
- Experience with work safe procedures
- Willing and able to work outside in all weather conditions
- Good communication skills, self-motivated, mature, dependable, and able to work well with others in a team environment.
- Willing and able to work shift work, including weekends.
- Ability to lift 40 lbs.
- Ability to work at heights
- Man-lift operating experience preferred
Working Conditions:
- Painters perform some of their duties outdoors and may work in all different kinds of weather conditions.
- Hours of operation are weather dependent. Due to the nature of the business, this position requires flexibility in terms of your work schedule.
- A variety of work schedules may include rotation of shifts, day/evening shifts, graveyard shifts, weekends, and statutory holidays.

Reports to: Manager, Facilities Maintenance
Role Status: Full time – Seasonal – Hourly

Key Responsibilities:
- Applying paint, varnishes, and stains and removing and mixing paint
- Maintaining painting on buildings and/or furniture and furnishings
- Following instructions and pre-established guidelines established by Supervisor
- All other duties assigned
