Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-3 years roofing experience 
• Physically fit; able to lift minimum of 50 lbs.
• Hold valid drivers license. 
• Journeyperson roofing ticket or equivalent experience
• Fall protection, WHIMIS, first aid tickets 
• Strong leadership skills
• Reliable
• Willing to work 5 days a week

Ability to commute/relocate:  Port Alberni, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required).

Description/Duties

On both commercial and residential size projects:

• Install repair or replace shingle ply roofing systems
• install repair or replace torch applied roofing systems
• Install repair or replace metal roofing systems
• Install repair or replace flashings

Opportunity to advance into foreman role.
