Your qualifications include a Post Secondary diploma in a Technology field directly related to facilities, buildings, or civil technology, plus 5 years of related experience, two of which include the supervision and coordination of unionized employees.
Description/Duties

As Manager of Capital Implementation, you will be responsible for the implementation of all assigned in-house delivered capital improvements, alterations and modifications to district buildings and sites. Managing a recently created department within facilities, you will lead a team of in-house staff and trades, along with sub-contractors to Construction Manage assigned capital projects. You will work closely with the Manager in charge of project design for delivery of the scope, as well as the Maintenance Manager to allocate district resources. You will provide advice and expertise to leaders across the organization in their work as together you build strong relationships with multiple stakeholders in a complex unionized organization.
