Qualifications

Qualities:

• Explain the benefits of newer highly efficient equipment to the customer.
• Don't upsell customers on repairs they don't need.
• Provide professional experience to customers on every call.
• Feel comfortable requesting online reviews from customers.
• Valid Driver's License with a clean record
• Clear criminal record
• Comfortable working from heights and using a ladder
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively within a team environment to complete installations and commissioning of HVAC Systems.
• Strong customer service skills

Licence/Certification:

• Class 5 driver's license (preferred)
• Gas B (preferred)
• Air conditioning & refrigeration license (preferred)
• Sheet Metal Fabrication experience (preferred)

Description/Duties

Knowledge HVAC & Refrigeration Ltd. is seeking an experienced Air Conditioner, Heating, Gas Fitter, Boiler, Tankless & Hot Water Heater, Installer and Service Technician. Note: You should need little to no supervision.

Duties:

• Service, diagnose, repair and install residential air conditioners, furnaces, boilers, ductless, tankless or water heaters, heat pumps.

If you have commercial experience this is an asset but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
