Job Summary
Qualifications
Education: Completion of secondary school is required
Experience: At least 3 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience, are required. If the candidate does not have 3 years of experience, a post-secondary certificate related to hospitality or food and beverage service management or a related discipline is required.
Ability to supervise up to 30 people
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Repetitive tasks, standing for extended periods

Language: English is required
Description/Duties
We provide fast food services for shows, carnivals, amusement parks & events

Work location: We travel to different cities and towns in British Columbia, Alberta and Saskatchewan. Off-season work is performed in our Langley office: 508-8840 210th St, Langley, BC V1M 2Y2

Job description:
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
- Book and organize locations for the next season
- Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
- Monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
- Negotiate with clients for use of facilities
- Develop, implement and analyze budgets
- Participate in marketing plans and implementation
- Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
- Interview, recruit, train and supervise staff
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Provide customer service
- Conduct performance reviews
- Organize and maintain inventory
- Cost products and services
- Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
Salary: $26.44 hourly. 40 hours per week.
Benefits: We provide free uniforms, transportation from location to location during the season, 50% food discount and medical expenses. Bunkhouses/trailers are available for housing at a discounted rate
Important information:
The workers are required to travel to different cities in British Columbia, Alberta and Saskatchewan for 8 months (from March to September). Currently, we are providing our food services all through BC. In-office work during the off-season.
Flexibility in schedule is required. Work varies week to week, 5 days a week 8 hours a day, weekends on a rotational basis, 1 to 2 days off provided on a rotational basis.
Worker will start 1-2 hours earlier than regular employees and finish work 1-2 hours earlier than regular employees.
